No, it's a month to month term once the system is live.
Can I pause or cancel?
Pause, cancel or downgrade at any time with 30 days written notice.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Additional minutes over the existing plan automatically upgrade you to the next available tier. Downgrade at any time.
What integrations are included?
Native integrations where available. For others, we use API, webhooks or n8n to connect to systems outside of our own.
How long does setup take?
Depends on complexity. Simple setups take 1-2 weeks. Complex multi-location or custom integrations may take 4-5 weeks.
How can I add more features to the plan I chose?
Let's book a clarity call and understand your needs - we'll either add additional services or change to a different plan, noting that there are costs involved in building and testing these, which are quoted separately.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the cost involved in setting up the Tradie Talk ProTM system and customising it to your business, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
Where is my data stored?
Your information and security is important to us. If you have specific compliance requirements please cover that during our call. We try to cater to your needs as best we can, while keeping costs low.
I'm using my personal mobile as my business number. Will that work?
Your advertised business phone number will be forwarded to your Tradie Talk Pro Agent. When people ask to speak to you, you'll need a number for that call to be transferred to. We can provide you with a second number and a soft phone app, or you can choose to purchase a new personal, unadvertised number for calls to be routed to.
